Janez Lapajne

Janez Lapajne [yannez la-pie-nay] is arguably the most versatile Slovenian filmmaker of his generation, known for his flair for directing actors. His awarded and critically acclaimed feature and short films are among the most noteworthy achievements of the contemporary Slovenian cinema. Many now established younger filmmakers first ventured into the world of film at his master classes, and he later served as producer, co-writer, or editor of some of their early feature films.
