Drew Starkey

Joseph Andrew Starkey is an American actor best known for his role as Rafe Cameron on the hit Netflix series Outer Banks (2020). In 2024, he gained further recognition for his performance as Eugene Allerton in Queer (2024). He graduated magna cum laude with a double major in English and Theater Performance from Western Carolina University. After college, he relocated to Atlanta to pursue acting full time before eventually moving to Los Angeles, California.
