Ashley James. Actress: House of Cards. Dallas native, Ashley James, started performing as a child in local theaters and high school productions. She attended the former College of Santa Fe majoring in Theater Arts and dropped out to pursue film. She resides with her family in Philadelphia and is best known for her roles in House of Cards, SVU & The Following.
